ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Mr. Sharma is associated with many reputed national and multinational companies for maintaining industrial peace and growth. His cordial relationship with Labour Authorities has always helped the business world in bridging the gap between employers and employees, thereby developing a harmonious relationship between them.
He is the Director at Labour Laws Institute, which organises programmes on Labour related laws like Maternity Benefit Act, Employees Provident Fund & MP Act, ESI Act, Apprentices Act, Anti-Sexual Harassment at Workplace etc.
Some of his achievements are as follows:
- Senior member of editorial team of Labour Law Reporter.
- Enrolled as an Advocate with Delhi Bar Council
- Diploma in IRPM from National Labour Law Association.
- Conducts workshops for business owners on the subject “The secret of labour law compliances every business owner must know.”
- Vice Chairman of Advocates Welfare Association and Justice (AWAAJ)

- Organizing tracking and expedition camp with the NCC unit of University since 2003.
